Are the stones natural?
Yes. Every stone is a natural, earth mined gemstone. We don't sell lab grown stones.

Are the stones certified?
Some are, some aren't - we tell you clearly on every listing. Certification adds documentation, not quality. An uncertified stone from a trusted source is still a real, natural stone.

What does "treatment: none" mean?
The stone hasn't been heat-treated or enhanced in any way. Untreated stones are rarer and generally command a premium. We declare treatment status on every listing.

Can I see more photos or a video before I buy?
Yes. Get in touch and we'll do our best to provide additional media before you buy.

Buying & Setting

Can I take the stone to any jeweller?
Yes. Almost every independent jeweller offers a setting service for stones you supply. It's standard practice. Ask them to quote the setting fee separately before you commit.

How do I know what size stone I need?
A standard engagement ring solitaire typically takes a stone between 5mm and 7mm. If you have a jeweller in mind, ask what dimensions they need. Not sure? Contact us - we'll help you work it out.

Do I need to buy a setting from you?
No. We only sell the stone. Your jeweller handles the setting and charges only for their labour. No bundled markup.

What if I change my mind after buying?
Contact us as soon as possible. We assess returns case by case and will always try to find a fair outcome.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. Fully insured and tracked. Most US orders arrive within 7–14 days from dispatch.

Is my order insured during shipping?
Yes. Every order ships fully insured for its full declared value. If something goes wrong in transit, we've got it covered.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Are there any import duties or customs fees?
Most US orders are under the $800 USD threshold and arrive duty-free. We declare all shipments honestly - we don't under declare values.
