The part your jeweller never explained.

HOW IT WORKS

The jewellery industry has a system. You walk into a store, you fall in love with a stone, and you pay whatever the showroom decides it's worth. The stone, the setting, the markup - it all comes bundled together and you never see the real numbers.

There's a different way. And it's simpler than you think.

THE PROCESS IN THREE STEPS

1 - CHOOSE YOUR STONE

Browse our collection and find the stone that fits your vision. Every stone is individually selected, not mass produced, not algorithmically generated.

You're choosing from real stones, each one described honestly: carat, cut, colour, clarity, treatment status, origin.

No vague language. No inflated origin stories.

2 - WE SHIP IT DIRECTLY TO YOU

Once you've chosen, your stone ships fully insured and tracked to your door.

Most orders arrive within 7–14 days.

The stone arrives exactly as described or we make it right, no runaround.

3 - TAKE IT TO ANY JEWELLER

This is the part that changes everything.

Your stone belongs to you. You can take it to any jeweller, anywhere - your local jeweller, someone recommended by a friend, whoever you trust.

Ask them to set it. The setting fee is separate, transparent, and almost always a fraction of what a bundled jeweller quote looks like.

No one is marking up your stone.

WHY THIS WORKS

Most people don't realise that the stone and the setting are two completely separate things. A jeweller who sells you a complete ring is doing two jobs at once, sourcing the stone and setting it and charging you for both, at showroom margins.

When you source the stone yourself, you cut out one of those margins entirely. The stone you buy here is priced at what it should actually cost. The setting fee you pay your jeweller is just labour. The difference is often hundreds of dollars. On higher value stones, it can be thousands.

This is how jewellery industry insiders have always bought stones for themselves. Now you can too.

WHAT PEOPLE USUALLY WANT TO KNOW

Can any jeweller set a stone I bring in?
Yes. Almost every independent jeweller offers a setting service for customer supplied stones. It's standard practice. Some chain stores may decline but any independent jeweller worth using will have no issue with it.

How do I know what size stone I need?
Stone size depends on the setting you have in mind. A standard solitaire engagement ring typically takes a stone between 5mm and 7mm in diameter. If you already have a setting or a jeweller in mind, ask them what dimensions they need then come back and find that stone here. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you work it out.

Are the stones certified?
Some are, some aren't. We tell you clearly on every listing. A certified stone comes with documentation from a recognised gemological lab. An uncertified stone from a trusted source with a clear description is still a real, natural stone certification adds paperwork, not quality. We'll always explain what you're getting.

What if the stone doesn't look like the listing?
It won't happen but if it does, we'll make it right. Every stone ships with a written description. If what arrives doesn't match what was described, contact us and we'll fix it.

What's the difference between treated and untreated stones?
Treatment refers to processes applied to a stone to enhance its colour or clarity heat treatment is the most common. An unheated, untreated stone is generally rarer and commands a premium. We declare treatment status on every listing so you can make an informed decision.

Do you ship to the United States?
Yes we ship worldwide, fully insured and tracked. Most worldwide orders arrive within 7–14 days from dispatch.
